Remove distractions, then fill with the person I want to be.
- Use 50-10 time boxes each day.
- Take breaks away from the computer. Make break activities part of daily planning.
What went well
- Did better with breaks, especially taking walks
- I enjoyed a "bachelor night," watching *Avengers: Infinity War" and eating junk food. But it sure was hard to get back on the wagon the following days.
